The second half of February was home project time! Adam's parents came in town to spend their vacation painting and scraping. We transformed my kitchen from a dark red to a soft tanish color. It looks great and we have not had any complaints about the house being too dark this time that it has been on the market! Thank you Thank you to Liz and Bob for spending your vacation in KC helping me get my house ready to 'sell'!
There was lots of ladder time for Bob!
Another part of what we did was to try to 'stage' the house for showing. We bought new plants, stands, slipcovers for the couches, moved things to the basement, and Adam and his dad installed a pretty chandelier in the kitchen that still looks great. I like the jungle photos below!
We took time out to go to dinner and ate some great food!
This dinner at Micheal Smiths was certainly a treat! 
Home improvement project continued March and then we took a break to try to sell! Thanks again to Bob and Liz for helping us get the house ready!!
