"Christmas" in California

We celebrated while in CA and were able to do some very fun Christmasy activities like take the girls to their first production of The Nutcracker. Short and sweet being a kids production it was a good intro for them!

The Smith's church put on a production of They Story (God's redemptive story through living art - http://vimeo.com/38442151) and a good contingency of us were able to go and enjoy.
We ended up back in Novato the next day for a Christmas gift exchange. Since we were all together it was fun to get to exchange some gifts.

Stickers and a new picnic blanket bring big smiles!

The couch crew:-)

More crazy poses from Abigail!

Only so long everyone is able to sit and they all wanted to be in the photo with us again!

The yearly Baileys gifting and Olivia loved to help everyone!

Toaster oven from Gparents and
 a shirt for new beginnings!

GDad fell in love with this calendar and loved the picture of the baboon so much that he wanted to pose with it!

We took about 22 photos to get one that actually looked decent which is the one above. Of course you need the silly with the serious;-)

We love our nieces (pictured and not)
There is a house down the street that decorates like crazy every year. I think it is a tradition now for us to go and be a part of the craziness! Abigail even took her photo with Santa this year!
Smiles all around! A great way to end our days in CA!

First part of Homeless days

We decided to visit family after Adam finished his job at Garmin. Our first days of being homeless we spent at my grandparents house. Lynn and the girls came to visit before my parents came home and we set up the Christmas tree for a surprise!
Dad and Mom met us at Lynn's house a couple days later!

Olivia charging to give a hug and playing in the room were some of the girls favorite things! They loved to play 'tickle monster' with Uncle Adam with consists mainly of them trying to find ways not to play ie making up homebase and such. It was a blast!

A special picture of all the brother in laws and the girls. Mom wanted to get a photo of her 3 girls and the grandkids wanted to be in one too so we took the photo above to include everyone:-)

The three sisters and then Abigail had TONS of ideas for poses. Some of them are below - Hilarious!

One of my Favs of Adam and the girls.... We then had a fun visit from Marcelle and her man the night after we had watched the girls so Lynn and Jeremy could enjoy a night on the town. Don't they look great!

There was some excitement about the noses the Smiths had received for a white elephant gift and a morning at the library listening to stories and playing games after.

Playing with C...

....Breakfast with the folks....
...and a day exploring the red woods with my Mom. Lovely Lovely!

Pretending to be a bear, glad we didn't see one of those! Just lots of trees and views!

Our first days of homelessness were pretty good!
